Flat Rate Legal Services Packages

ON-DEMAND GENERAL COUNSEL PACKAGE
Access a range of legal services, including general legal consultation, document review, intellectual property consultation, and more. Additional services such as document drafting are also available at an extra cost, allowing you to scale your legal support with your business. Subject to terms and conditions below.
Startup Level – $500/month

Subscription Legal Plan Terms and Conditions​​
​
1. Subscription Legal Counsel Plans do not include: (a) areas of law outside our firm’s practice areas; (b) litigation (including appeals), arbitration, mediation; administrative enforcement proceedings, or other quasi-judicial proceedings; (c) costs and fees paid to third parties; (d) frivolous or unethical matters; or (e) any matter involving the laws outside of Michigan or New York.
2. Eric C. Williams, PLLC is not an insurance company and does not guarantee legal representation in every situation.
3. Fees for Subscription Legal Plansare payable in advancebilled the first of each month. Plans beginning or ending after the first of the month will be prorated accordingly.
4. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. There is no refund or rollover for allotted hours not used during the month. If you find you need more or fewer hours, you can change your plan at any time. Changes to your Plan (i.e. from one level to another) will be effective on the 1st day of the month following the month in which you made the change.
5. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Additional terms and conditions will be specified in the engagement letter between you and Eric C. Williams, PLLC. Subscription Legal Plans start only after an engagement letter has been fully signed and the first month’s fees paid.
